Booking policies
Deposits
To book an appointment I require a non-refundable $100 deposit, which will go towards the cost of the tattoo. For large, multisession projects, deposits are between $200-500 and will be deducted from the cost of the last session. I will not hold an appointment without a deposit.
Pricing
Prices are determined by the piece. Once you submit an inquiry, I will give you an estimated price range. Large scale and multisession projects are priced by an hourly rate.
Reschedules
If you need to reschedule, I require 48 hours notice to use your deposit for a later date, otherwise it is forfeited and you will need another deposit to book. You may reschedule one (1) time with at least 48 hours notice, additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
Cancellations and late arrivals
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
If you no-show without any notice, you will be required to pay the full price quote of the tattoo before I will book you again.
I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, with notice. Any later, and we may need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required to book.
Design changes
I do not send out designs before the appointment date. We will have time during your scheduled appointment slot to review the design together and make minor changes.
However, any major changes to the design (such as complete change in subject matter, or large size differences) must be discussed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to notify may result in losing your deposit, as this could affect appointment preparation and scheduling.
If your requested changes require an extended amount of drawing time, we may need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required to book.
It is my goal to ensure that you love your new tattoo. I’m always happy to make changes to the design, so long as they are in line with my policies. Please understand that deposits protect my time and the work that is required to draw and prepare for appointments.
Touch ups
I offer one (1) complimentary touch-up within the first 6 months of receiving your new tattoo. This does not include any changes/additions to the original design, and does not apply to work affected by improper after care. The tattoo will need to be fully healed before requesting a touch up. To request a touch-up please email me with a photo of the area that needs attention.
